The shipping fee will

The weight based or volume based shipping fee is calculated based on the total weights or volume of your order. (The total weights will calculated by Volume when Volume cost is higher than the weight cost)
We offer 2 delivery options:
1. Standard - Your order will be shipped via Registered International Airmail from Thailand. The order may arrive within 2-3 weeks.
2. Express - Your order will be shipped via DHL International Express Service from Thailand. The order may arrive within 3-5 business days.
After Aug 2019 , we offer only Express shipping method.
Most orders will ship out within 2 business days after received the payment. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 1-2 business days to process.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control
such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Can I make change to my shipping address after I place my order?
You can make change to your shipping address before the order is
shipped out by sending an email to email@example.com with your order number references. In
case the order is shipped out, you will not be able to make any changes
for the shipping address.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number for all orders.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, the tracking URL will be sent to you once the order has shipped.

We are not responsible for orders confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state and we suggest you check with your local customs office regarding import laws before you place your order.
Please note that, in addition to the shipping charge, customers are responsible for paying all costs associated with importing the order, including all taxes, fees and/or duties. Import fees will be billed to you by DHL, or any 3rd party contractor fulfilling your shipment. The listed shipping cost covers the cost of shipping only.
